At Tom Browns we like to make the most of the festive season and so continue our party nights through into the New Year with our special New Years Eve Rehearsal events. These evenings combine fantastic food and drink with amazing live acts and a party into the early hours. A must for those of you who don't think New Years Eve comes round often enough!

Deposit and Pre-order Information

£15 per person deposit is required to secure your reservation by 14th December. Deposits are non refundable in the event of a cancellation. 

We have to plan ahead for the Christmas break as our suppliers only deliver on certain days. We therefore require pre-orders for every table of every size for the New Years Eve Rehearsals. This will ensure everyone gets to eat exactly what they want and the day will run smoothly. Please complete your pre-order using the online form above by 14th December. If you are having problems using the online system please contact Beth, Dan or Sarah and they will be happy to help. Please do not send your pre-order to us in any other way.

Event Information

To ensure that the evening is a success we will need your party to arrive 30 minutes before your dine time. It is vital that you do not miss your dining slot, as this will result in a delay in your food service and may affect our other guest’s service time. We will not be held responsible for any delays in service caused by a party arriving late. 

We will also need to know how your party wishes to pay for drinks, either individually at the bar or with everything to be put on one bill. We do not offer individual drinks tabs at the table due to the number of people attending the evening. Please ensure your guests are aware of this also.

Live music will begin between 9.45 and 10.15pm. Bar closes 12.30am and the restaurant will close at 1am. Due to our location it is often not possible to get a taxi at this time, so please ensure that taxis are booked in advance.
